Section titled “Distribution status”The official EuroLinux documentation dates its final distribution package publication to 2024-10-23 and directs existing users toward Rocky Linux.
Background and references
Section titled “Background and references”This overview retains references for identifying existing EuroLinux systems. Archived distribution packages, commercial technical services and individual customer contracts are separate matters; none proves that the others remain supported.
Existing systems and exit planning
Section titled “Existing systems and exit planning”The official migration guide requires a complete backup and a tested recovery procedure before selecting a path for the particular source and target systems.
The former migration-into-EuroLinux script is removed. This overview does not certify an installation or migration run. Record repositories, application dependencies and recovery conditions, then continue with Rocky documentation or the AlmaLinux overview.
Support and compliance checks
Section titled “Support and compliance checks”No fixed response times, regional compliance guarantee or universal application certification is asserted here. Check current service terms, data-processing requirements and application support with the relevant providers rather than inferring them from a distribution name or company location.
